MJP Architects recent proposals for a landmark tower complex in the city of Shenzhen in Southern China's Guangdong Province.

The design for a 62 storey slightly conical tower provides hotel and office use with retail in the podium and conference / banqueting facilities in an adjacent smaller inverted conical building.

The tower’s simple form is elegant as well as very efficient in its structural design, environmental control and construction.

Download the pdf for drawings of the tower along with in-depth illustrated descriptions of the sustainability, façade strategies and philosphy of the structure.
