SPECIAL COVERS OF ARCHITECTS' JOURNAL FEATURING
KENDREW QUADRANGLE & MAGGIE'S CHELTENHAM
The 16.06.11 issue of the Architects' Journal comes with 89 different covers - one for each of the RIBA 2011 award winners.
So, two MJP projects are AJ cover stars this week : Kendrew Quadrangle at St John's College Oxford and the Maggie's Centre Cheltenham.
Kendrew won a RIBA South award, while Maggie's Cheltenham won a RIBA Wessex award. As RIBA Award winners both projects go on to the long list for the RIBA Stirling Prize 2011.
As a special tie-in the AJ Buildings Library of exemplar projects have the drawings, plans and images of most of this year's RIBA Awards winners (including Kendrew Quadrangle and Maggie's Cheltenham) free to view for the next two weeks.
